Focus on Internationalization “The Ministry of Economic Development and Italian Agency for Foreign Promotion and Internationalization present”: an upcoming project for 120 startups
We’re here talking about a serious and very important initiative, aiming to internationalization of the national economic system; and this is now encouraged and powered by the M.E.D., along with the Agency for Foreign Promotion and Internationalization. The notice goes under the name of “Global start up program”, showing itself as an articulate project focused on foreign development, and reserved for highly innovative Italian startups. At first the participants, who shall deal with innovation projects of new products, goods and/or services, may take advantage of specific English courses. The startups who shall join the initiative shall be those affected by the following fields:
- ICT (Blockchain, artificial intelligence, cyber security, Industriy 4.0, Fintech);
- automotive and robotics (batteries and electric cars, autonomous driving systems, future mobility, carsharing apps and related web services);
- circular economy (low carbon emission systems, innovative and plastic replacement materials);
- circular economy (emissioni low carbon, materiali innovativi e sostitutivi della plastica);
- other highly innovative sectors
The main target is, first of all, to implement and strengthen the managerial and technical skills, with a particular attention to IP tactics, international scale up and project working. Beside these objectives, an important role will be played by those aiming to increase the volume of international investments and to develop new business opportunities. The selected startups will be admitted to internships periods in international technical incubators in many countries such as UK, USA, China, Japan, South Korea and Slovenia; having even the chance, at the same time, to obtain several kinds of contribution.
